Client Story – TH

My youngest son was failing at his old school...

“Moving to this unit has allowed my kids to have better schooling. My youngest son was failing at his old school. They did not have the resources to help him. The new school has the resources and he has improved significantly.

I have also had the opportunity to go back to school myself. I have two more classes to complete my associates degree in business technology and will be graduating in 2020.

Being on the program has provided a home in a better community and living area close to the schools for my children and my current employment. It’s way better than where we were before and safer.”

T.H. chose to join NestQuest because she wanted her children to attend better schools with more extracurricular activities and in-class support. She was forced to vacate her previous rental due to severe maintenance issues. While searching for a new home, she and her children were temporarily living with a family member.

In the summer of 2018, T.H.’s family of six, herself and five children, moved to a home on the NestQuest program. The home is located in the suburban Jersey Village area, zoned to the highly ranked Cypress Fairbanks ISD. They are still in the same home today.

T.H.  is currently employed at WalMart, but is working on her Associates in Business Technology and plans to seek employment in her field after she graduates later this year.
