Tenants with a Housing Choice Voucher and at least one school aged child completes application and provides required documentation.

Tenants and NestQuest discuss housing and educational choices in high-opportunity neighborhoods which align with Housing Choice Voucher.

Explore

Tenants visit neighborhoods, apartments and schools in selected areas to find the perfect home. Having choice in where to live and go to school is important.

Lease

NestQuest facilitates the rental process by leasing the selected unit to the family under a corporate leasing model. Tenants are required to pay deposits and application fees.

Thrive

NestQuest works with the family to ensure a smooth and successful transition into a new home and school. 

ELIGIBILITY

In order to qualify to join the NestQuest program you must;

  • Be an active Housing Choice Voucher recipient, with more than 30 days left before your voucher expires.

  • At least one school aged child lives in your household.

  • Be willing to move to a neighborhood zoned to a good school and transfer your child to that new school.
